You will find yourself in a large crypt with open caskets. Run to the switch and pound it to open the south door. Medli can momentarily burn off the fog with the help of her harp, but the best way to clear a path to the switch is to use your Deku Leaf to part the wall of fog. The idea is to clear a path through the fog for Link so that he can Hammer down the switch toward the right side of the idol. If you touch the fog, Link will get poisoned and can't use his items or weapons for a short period of time. The next chamber is filled with a poisonous blue fog that whirls around the feet of a large stone idol. Shoot the curtains on the wall with your Fire Arrows to reveal a Joy Pendant. Then turn around and light up the translucent treasure chest. Hit the A button and shine the light at the two elephant statues. Next, play the Command Melody to control Medli. Get rid of the other ChuChus, then Bomb or burn the top of the warp kettle to activate it. Lure the purple ChuChus into the light to make them turn to stone, then smash them with the Hammer or pick them up and shatter them by dropping them on the ground. You're in a large room with attacking ChuChus. Jump Medli down from the pillar, then hit R to switch back to Link. Using the A button, fly Medli over to the second pillar and step on the switch. Position Link on the switch, then play the Command Melody to take control of Medli.

With Medli on your shoulders, jump towards the pillar straight ahead of you. Pick her up and open the door.ĭefeat all the guards, then carry Medli up the stairs. Next, equip your Deku Leaf and hover over to her. Pick up Medli, stand on the ramp and throw her across to the door. To get Medli out of the cage, return to that room, then play the Command Melody to control her and have her fly out (tap A to make her rise up). If you have the Compass, you can consult your Map to find her whereabouts via a magenta dot. If the Floor Master disappears with her, Medli will get locked up in a cage in the room with the blue smoke and the large sun idol (it's the center-most room on the first floor).

If Medli gets grabbed, defeat the Floor Master immediately to get her back. This dungeon contains a lot of the nasty Floor Master hand enemies that will try to grab you or Medli and place you back at the beginning of the dungeon. You can pick up and carry Medli and you can also control her directly when you use the Command Melody. If you're ready to enter, know that completing this dungeon requires team work.
